Lia leads design transformations for companies navigating critical growth. Through Our Mutual Friend, she defines vision and leads high-craft execution from North Star to launch.

She designed Siri for new hardware at Apple, the first Oculus Quest at Meta, and her clients include Airbnb, Lyft, and Medium. As VP Design, she launched and scaled Caffeine to 60M+ monthly active users.

Personal projects include supporting the performing arts and artists in the Bay Area. She is a producer, performer, and collaborator with Oasis Arts in San Francisco.
